Amazing. Lovely owners and staff that shared their history and journey with their restaurant. Our only regret is that we didn't come sooner!! Delicious breakfast and we purchased desserts to bring home. Free sample of their cucumber lemonade. So good! We will be back soon. Thank you Silogs!

Epic Grill Silogs is an amazing Filipino Restaurant with very tasty food and incredibly friendly service. We went in as customers and came out feeling like family!!! Thanks guys...we will see you again very soon!!!

Epic Grill surprised me in the best way with their Sans Rival Perfectly crisp layers, creamy buttery filling, and just the right balance of sweetness, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. It’s not overly sweet, very classic, and tastes homemade in the best sense. If you’re already ordering their food, don’t skip the Sans Rival, it’s a standout dessert and worth every bite. Definitely coming back for this alone!

Edit 20/07/2025: I have been contemplating whether to edit this review, but the past couple visits have been disappointing in terms of service. I love the owners of this place, very nice people, including their son who we have come to chitchat with and gives us "familiar face" discount as we are here almost every two weeks. But they really have to train their servers better. Today we came and had to ask for things that was already mentioned in the order such as cream and honey; tablespoon was not included so I had to flag them one more time for that. This has been happening the past couple visits that I had to write about it now. Last straw was when one of them asked if they can take our plates. My husband is done eating so he said sure. I was drinking tea at the time, but to signal that I was not done, I quickly grabbed my fork to take the cucumber off the plate, and of course I was struggling because it was a thin piece, and she just stood there and asked "done as well?" while I do this. With that, I just snapped with "I'm still eating", she grabbed my plate under my hands anyway as soon as I got the cucumber on the fork, which could have still fallen so a plate underneath would be nice. She should have stopped as soon as she saw me grabbed my fork and be like "oh sorry, I didn't know you're not done yet". Even without apology, she should have stopped because clearly I wasn't done. Please train your serving staff better. Saw couple of reviews saying their Canadian breakfast is not the best, but this is a Filipino Silog place, so.. For us, it passed the standard of what we're looking for in a Filipino breakfast. Decent price for the amount of food. Some people are saying you can just cook these simple food at home. Yes you can. Stay at home then. For us, the best thing is that you can get 3 different kinds of meat in a combo if you choose to. Imagine making 3 different things at home and that's separate from eggs and the garlic fried rice. Food is made as you order so prepare to wait, reassures you that they're made fresh. Their longanisa is not the chubby, sweet, red longanisa I was expecting but still pretty okay. The rest of the food was great. Refillable coffee. Location's not the easiest to get to when you're taking transit especially on Sundays where busses are rare. If you're driving, ample parking available arpund the neighborhood and you just have to walk a little bit.

This is a cozy and warm Filipino restaurant with a truly welcoming, homey atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The service is attentive and genuinely friendly, creating a very comfortable dining experience. The ube cake is an absolute must-try — the ube flavor is rich, pronounced, and incredibly creamy, making it both indulgent and well-balanced. The silog comes with crispy pork skin that is impressively crunchy; if the seasoning were a bit more layered and flavorful, it would be even better. Overall, it’s a comforting place with great hospitality and standout desserts, definitely worth visiting.

I usually come here for the SiLogs but shifted to coming here for desserts. Cant go wrong with a Combo 1 Tapa and Lechon. Topped up with excellent coffee, customer service and most importantly the Sans Rival. The original cashew by DottyCakes is worth coming back for. 10/10.

Came for the silog, stayed for the bangus + tapa combo. The bangus was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, while the tapa was tender, savory, and not too salty. Paired with garlic rice and eggs, it felt like a real comfort meal, not rushed or oily. You can tell it’s made with care, not just thrown together. If you’re craving a satisfying Filipino breakfast that feels homey but elevated, this combo hits the spot. Will definitely order this again.
